The way we deal with things in our life can be seen as a journey through different stages. Imagine this journey laid out on a Quadrant Chart, each section representing a phase of processing and placing life’s events and challenges.

1. “Deny” - The Starting Point:

At the bottom right of our chart is where we start with “Deny.” This is when something happens in our life, and our first reaction is to pretend it’s not there or not as serious as it is. The tougher the issue, the longer it hangs around in this corner. It’s like when you don’t want to admit you’re wrong, or that something is bothering you. Stuff tends to get stuffed away here because facing it head-on is hard.

2. “Deflect” - The Holding Area:

Move to the bottom left, and you hit the “Deflect” stage. We point outside ourselves, blaming others, making excuses. It’s easier to say, “It’s not my fault,” or “They’re the reason this happened.” Many of us have stuff that’s been sitting in this spot for years, maybe even our whole lives. It’s where you keep all the reasons you’re not moving on or letting go of what hurt you because it feels easier or safer to blame others and carry a narrative.

3. “Reflect” - The Turning Point:

Top left is where the magic starts to happen. This is the “Reflect” stage. It’s when you start to see things clearly. You begin to understand that maybe there was more to the story. Like after a breakup, realizing it wasn’t all one person’s fault, or acknowledging your part in a disagreement. This is about owning up to what happened, recognizing life’s ups and downs, and understanding that to move forward, you need to see things as they truly are, not just how you felt they were.

4. “Accept” - The End Goal:

Finally, at the top right, we reach “Accept.” This is the goal, where you’ve processed everything fully. You’ve moved past denial and blame, looked at the situation for what it was, and now you’re ready to let it go. Here, past hurts or mistakes don’t weigh you down anymore. They become part of your history, lessons learned, but they don’t define you or affect your current state of mind. Getting to this point isn’t about forcing it; it’s a natural progression from reflecting on something genuinely and then naturally coming to accept it. It’s like releasing a heavy load you’ve been carrying, and suddenly, you feel lighter. The problem is weightless, and ultimately (finally!) you are free.

Visualize the things you’re dealing with right now, scattered across this chart. If you could draw a line connecting them, it would show you your current “vibration” or emotional state. Big issues lingering in the lower quadrants pull you down, making you feel heavier, more burdened. We all find ourselves avoiding, making excuses, its natural, but can we move those things to a state of contemplation, understanding, and ultimately to acceptance? It’s a simple yet powerful way to see how unresolved issues affect your overall well-being. By working through this process, moving your challenges up through the quadrants, you can literally lighten your emotional load, improving your outlook and vibration. Remember, this journey is unique to each of us, with countless “things” influencing our path, but recognizing where we are in the process is the first step towards moving forward and feeling lighter.

I am a student of mastery in mind, body, and business. My journey began in e-commerce and real estate, then shifted towards technology and marketing. In New York City, I built a successful influencer agency and later established two remote 7-figure businesses in Hawaii. After these 'successes' eventually 'failed', I embarked on a two-year exploration in Europe and Utah, a period of reflection that inspired me to pursue Mastery & The One Person Business Model. This phase led me to adopt a more authentic and effective approach to rebuilding my entire SELF, from thoughts, to habits, to my projects & ventures, I found a new level of stability and progress. That's what i'm here to share with you.
