    Dive a little deeper 👇

Progress takes patience. Understand true growth and success unfold over time. Often, we underestimate the time required to achieve our goals, leading to frustration. Recognize that meaningful achievements are the result of consistent effort over time.

    Cultivate Discipline

Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment. Focusing on the effort allows you to detach from immediate results and invest in the long-term process. It's about making consistent efforts, regardless of the immediate outcome.

    Pursue Unique Paths

We live in a world that competes to survive, finding your unique path can be your greatest advantage. Avoiding the crowded paths and carving out a niche for yourself allows for greater innovation and personal satisfaction.

    Value Time Above All

Time, our most valuable asset, demands wise management. Delegating or automating tasks is crucial to free up time for more significant activities, underscoring the need to focus on what truly matters. Yet, balance is key; it's essential to remain engaged across all facets of your project or business. This ensures not only control over the quality of output but also efficiency and effectiveness in execution.

    Work in Silence

There's power in silence and taking action without announcing your plans. This principle encourages focusing on action rather than discussion, leading to more profound and surprising achievements. It's been studied and proven, you are more likely to achieve your goals and complete you projects, if you don't share it beforehand. — I have this problem quite often. I think of something or build a early version of my idea, and I quickly run to have it validated. It is detrimental to the work, trust me.

    Find Your Canvases

Creating opportunities for yourself and others by finding "canvases" to work on means identifying areas where you can contribute uniquely. It's about adding value in unexpected places.

    Learn Continuously

The key to progression in any field is the willingness to learn and adapt. Skills can be acquired, but the desire to grow and evolve is intrinsic. This must be nurtured and cultivated over time. Like a flame it can be lost if you aren't taking proper care of it.

    Self-Motivation is Key

You are the primary driver of your success. External motivation can only go so far; true advancement comes from an internal drive and passion.

    Resilience, Creativity, Focus, Collaboration

These core skills are vital in any professional setting. Developing these skills can help navigate through challenges, innovate, and work effectively with others.

    Health Over Ambition

Maintaining physical and mental health is essential for sustained effort and success. Ambition without sanity is counterproductive. Better to be a healthy poor man, than an unhealthy rich man, too easily we forget this. I'm still reminding myself.

    Ignore Imposter Syndrome

Imposter syndrome can hinder progress. Remember, most people are too absorbed in their own challenges to focus on yours. Also… most people are ridiculously selfish and they'll drop you like a hat if you aren't bringing them perceived value. You will save a lot of time and suffering if you focus on you and your immediate close-knit family and friends that show up rain or shine. Let anyone else lovingly fade into the mist. Then and only then, will the rest fall into place. Your journey is learning to orbit in happiness , and that begins with recognizing your own achievements and worth.

    Seek and Heed Advice

Listening to those who know you well, like trusted advisors or family, can provide invaluable insights and guidance. If your partner is wise, then their annoying insights are (annoyingly) right!

    Balance Work and Passion

Your day job can serve as a foundation for pursuing your passions. It's possible to balance both and use one to fuel the other.

    Consider Equity Wisely

Let the VC's show up once the party starts. (They will likely give you the generic run around until then anyways). You'll have much more leverage when your product and market has clicked. In the early stages of a business, it's tempting to give away equity to solve the answer of resource needs. However, understanding its value and considering long-term implications is crucial. If you need funds, get creative and be frugal. By frugal, i mean stand by every penny until the product is completed properly. ONLY PAY UPON DELIVERY. Make sure that is clear and fairly agreed on with your contractors and teammates. IF YOU ARE BUILDING TECH, YOU MUST KNOW TECH. I urge you here, avoid what cost me years of struggle and (at least) a million dollars.

Your Work is Your Best Marketing

Quality work and mastery speak louder than any marketing strategy. Focusing on honing your craft is the best way to gain recognition and success.

    Avoid the Trap of Competition

Competition implies there's a loser. Imagine someone literally 'competing' for a soulmate vs simply attracting them. Be the magnet, focus on creating and occupying a space only you can fill and let what is meant for you, come to you.

Decisions Are Rarely Black and White

Life-changing decisions often come with a mix of doubt and certainty. Embracing this ambiguity can lead to growth and new opportunities.

    Define Success Personally

Success should not come at the cost of personal relationships or integrity. Defining success on your own terms is essential.

    Reflect on Your Journey

Understanding and recognizing growth often happen in hindsight. Patience and reflection are key to appreciating your journey.

    The Freedom to Walk Away

Having the autonomy to leave a situation that no longer serves you is a true measure of control.

    Lengthen Your Horizon

Acknowledging that things take longer than expected can set more realistic expectations and reduce frustration.

    Outcome Independence

Focusing on doing your best work without attachment to the specific outcome fosters a healthier approach to challenges and opportunities.

    Adapt and Overcome

Adaptability and resilience are crucial in every field. Learning from diverse environments enriches your skill set and perspective.

I am a student of mastery in mind, body, and business. My journey began in e-commerce and real estate, then shifted towards technology and marketing. In New York City, I built a successful influencer agency and later established two remote 7-figure businesses in Hawaii. After these 'successes' eventually 'failed', I embarked on a two-year exploration in Europe and Utah, a period of reflection that inspired me to pursue Mastery & The One Person Business Model. This phase led me to adopt a more authentic and effective approach to rebuilding my entire SELF, from thoughts, to habits, to my projects & ventures, I found a new level of stability and progress. That's what i'm here to share with you.
